By accessing or using PretendBuy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

PretendBuy.com is an entertainment-only platform designed to simulate the experience of purchasing luxury items without any real-world fulfillment. It is not a real store, and no products will ever be shipped or delivered.

This platform is intended for individuals who enjoy the thrill of shopping but do not wish to make actual purchases. It is not a substitute for professional help if you have a shopping addiction. If you believe you have a shopping addiction, please seek professional assistance.

• DD is a virtual currency with no real-world value.
• $1 USD = 10,000 DD (exchange rate subject to change).
• DD can only be used to "purchase" fantasy products on the Platform.
• DD has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or products.
• DD may expire if unused (see Section 6).

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• Email restrictions: Only personal email addresses from the following providers are allowed: @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @aol.com, @yandex.com, @yahoo.com, @icloud.com, @zoho.com, @hotmail.com. Disposable or temporary emails, and emails containing the + operator, are not allowed.
• Magic-link login: Sign-up and login are via email magic link only; no passwords are used.
• Account termination: We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts for violations of these Terms, including fraud, abuse, or use of disposable emails.

• "Purchases" on the Platform are simulated transactions for entertainment purposes only.
• No real products will ever be shipped or delivered.
• All "purchases" are final and non-refundable.
• DD spent on "purchases" cannot be reversed.

• A 10% burn is applied to every "purchase" (e.g., a 100,000 DD item costs 110,000 DD).
• 10% of DD earned from ads expires after 30 days.

Milestones (Millionaire, Billionaire, Tycoon, Trillionaire) are automatically awarded based on total DD spent. Leaderboards update in real time. Cashback rewards (10–25%) are locked for 30 days after a milestone is achieved and require a minimum $50 balance to claim. All payouts are processed at the Platform's discretion via your registered payout method.

• Users can earn 10% of the real money spent by users they refer.
• A minimum $100 balance is required to claim referral payouts.
• Referral credits have no real-world value until claimed and paid out.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Resell, trade, or transfer DD outside the Platform.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

All content on the Platform, including product images, descriptions, and branding, is owned by PretendBuy.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRETENDBUY.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PretendBuy.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
