Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Top-ups are delivered to your balance immediately after payment and are non-refundable once any portion of the credited DD has been spent (including the 10% purchase burn).
• If a top-up was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized use of your payment method) contact us within 14 days at support@pretendbuy.com from your account email. Approved refunds reverse the full credited DD (including any bonus DD), the associated milestone progress, and any referral credit the top-up generated.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.

"Purchases" of virtual items are simulated transactions. They deliver no goods, cannot be reversed, and are never eligible for refunds. This includes the 10% DD burn applied to every simulated purchase.

• You can cancel your $5/month Premium subscription at any time from the Wallet page. Cancellation stops future charges.
• The monthly DD pack and Premium perks already granted for the current billing period are not refunded, and DD from subscription packs remains yours after cancellation.
• If you were charged after cancelling, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

• Filing a chargeback automatically reverses the disputed top-up: the credited DD, bonuses, milestone progress, and related referral credit are removed from the account.
• Accounts with fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may be suspended. Please contact support before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved within 2 business days.

Cashback and referral payouts are discretionary reward programs, not refunds. They are governed by the Terms of Service (minimum balances, 30-day lockup, payout method verification) and may be adjusted or withheld in cases of fraud or abuse.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law requires a refund we will honor it.
