• Daily spending cap: top-ups are limited to $100 per transaction and $100 per day, for every account, with no way to raise it by paying more.
• No loot boxes, no gambling for money: the daily spin is free, once per day, and only ever awards virtual DD. You can never wager or lose real money on it.
• Everything is labeled:every purchase flow, receipt, and legal page repeats that items are virtual and DD has no cash value — there is no simulated "value" to chase.
• Age policy: the platform is for users 13 and older; real-money top-ups require a payment method in your own name.

Ask yourself occasionally:

• Am I topping up money I had planned for something else?
• Do I feel pressure to keep a streak or leaderboard position going?
• Am I hiding this spending from people close to me?

If any answer is yes, take a break. Your balance, streaks, and collection will keep — and losing a streak costs you nothing real.

• Break: email us and we will freeze top-ups on your account for 7, 30, or 90 days while leaving your collection intact.
• Self-exclusion: on request we will permanently close your account and block the email address from re-registering.
• Both requests take effect within 48 hours and cannot be reversed early.
